3D Crysty Gifty is a personalised gift shop with a 3D difference. We first convert your photo memories into 3D model and then fire it on high quality K9 crystal of your choice with our latest 3D Laser Machine.

In which format should I send my picture?

You can send shots taken from your smart phone or any camera. We recommended sending it in JPG and PNG formats and in high quality to get the best results. Please make sure the subject/s are clear and not blurry as this will impact the final quality. If you are unable to choose the best picture, send us your order via Choose Later option and send us couple of pictures via email so we can help you choose the best.

Can I get a proof of my 3D Version before placing order or finalization?

Unfortunately, No, we are unable to meet such demand because 3D Modeling is time and effort consuming job. Once your order is placed, our designers start working on it almost instantly which means our back end process has already started. However, we ensure that we produce high-quality work, Always. In case we find your photo not meeting our requirement, we will contact you for next steps.

Should I send a 3D picture?

Nope, just send us the normal 2D picture as our dedicated team will enhance and convert it to the 3D model which will then be used by our high power engraving machine.

Should I remove the background of my photo before sending it?

You don’t need to worry at all, we have skilled graphic designer to make necessary improvements regarding size, background, or enhancements. You are only required to send us a good quality photo that is subject specific (has clear face or body).

I have pixelated/ small size photos. Can you work on it?

In most cases, YES. We will be in a situation to use a little bit low quality image but in case we won’t be then will contact you before moving forward. We recommend sending good quality photos.

Can you do colorful engraving?

No, that is not possible in 3D Crystallization! As a matter of fact, we are not printing any colors, we literally fire micro dots/cracks to create your 3D looking sculpture inside a blank crystal.

How engraving process work?

You may call it a Magic 😊 in simple words, we first convert your photo memories into 3D model and then fire it on high quality K9 crystal of your choice with our latest 3D Laser Machine.

How many crystal designs do you offer?

At this point, we offer crystal designs in three shapes i.e., Heart, Cut Corner Diamond, and Rectangle. We also offer Heart and Rectangle shape Keychains and Necklaces. Stay tuned for more shapes and items.

PAYMENT DETAILS

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards, including master and visa cards, AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, and Afterpay.

We also accept Pay in 4 payments in coordination with PayPal pay in 4 and Afterpay.

Which currency do you accept?

Our base currency is Australian Dollar (AUD or A$ ), however you can pay in any currency which you payment provider accepts.

ORDER & SHIPPING

How long will it take to complete my order?

We process and finalize all orders within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Please note shipping is not included in above mentioned working days.

How can I track my order?

You can track it using the tracking number you receive in your email after your order has been shipped by the postage company directly. We usually use Australia Post or Sendle for all our shipping.

Can I cancel my order after I place it?

Depending on when you have changed your mind and your situation, we can work something out. Please note once your order is confirmed, we start processing your design and our artists starts their 3D modelling stage. We may not be able to proceed with cancelation if you inform us late or when your order has reached later stages.

How will I receive my order confirmation?

You will get a confirmation message on the email address you used on our site.

What are the shipping charges?

We offer free delivery in Australia. We go by your location, and delivery charges are shown at the final checkouts (if any).

What if my crystal is damaged?

In case of a broken or damaged piece, you can contact us urgently with evidence so we can be aware and find the best solution in your situation. Please note that your return must comply with our return policy.
